Job summary

VBeyond Corporation in Kuala Lumpur invites a Software Engineer – Java Full Stack to design, develop and maintain modern web applications using Java, Spring Boot and React. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, implement RESTful services, and contribute to scalable, cloud-enabled solutions.

The role requires 3–4 years of professional experience, residency in Kuala Lumpur, and PR status.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and React/React.js.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the full SDLC.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance and scalability.

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Java Full Stack who can contribute to the development of complete, modern web applications.

Candidate Eligibility – Mandatory

• Malaysian Nationals only
• Must be a current resident of Kuala Lumpur
• Must hold Malaysian Permanent Residency (PR)
• Freshers: 2025–2026 pass-out batches only
• Experienced candidates: 3–4 years of professional experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from development to deployment
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms and modern development environments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable and reusable code
• Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to performance and scalability improvements
• Follow modern engineering practices for application development, testing and deployment
