You will work with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express in a TypeScript ecosystem, delivering feature development and digital transformation for global clients. This role offers a hybrid work model, collaboration with designers and product managers, and opportunities to grow technical expertise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency with React.js, Next.js, Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.

About the Role

As a member of the Engineering team, the Associate Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and scaling modern, high-performance web applications. What We Are Looking For

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Optimize AI inference performance, managing latency, token consumption, and caching strategies (e.g., Redis) to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement TypeScript across the entire stack to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reduced runtime errors.
• Create dynamic UI components and manage complex application states, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimized performance.
• Develop secure and efficient server-side modules, integrating with various third-party services and internal data sources.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and manage data flow between the server and the frontend.
• Utilize modern development workflows, including Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Participate in peer code reviews, contributing to a culture of high standards and continuous learning.

Who You Are

• You are passionate about the JavaScript ecosystem and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in React and Node.js.
• You have a strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean code principles.
• You are eager to learn from senior engineers and take ownership of specific modules within a project.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with demonstrated expertise in:
  • React.js and Next.js (Server-side rendering, Static site generation).
  • Node.js and Express.js (Middleware, Routing, API design).
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and ES6+.
  • Experience with tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to discuss technical solutions in a team setting.
