Appnovation is seeking an experienced Tech Manager with a strong full-stack background to lead our agile engineering team in AI-powered product initiatives. You will bridge technical strategy, architectural direction, and hands-on execution across cloud services and full-stack environments.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and executives to translate complex requirements into actionable milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership, management, or software team lead roles overseeing cloud-native full-stack solutions.
• Strong hands-on background in full-stack development with modern frontend and backend tech.
• Expertise in Cloud Services architecture for scalable, secure product platforms.
• Experience with AI integrations and ML pipelines or LLM APIs.
• Governance experience across code quality, agile delivery, and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of full-stack and cloud engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Drive the technical vision and engineering roadmap for our core AI product offerings, aligning cloud architecture and full-stack execution with strategic business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications powered by cloud environments and machine learning models.
• Collaborate directly with product managers, UX designers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical deliverable milestones.
• Enforce engineering best practices, robust CI/CD automation pipelines, secure cloud operations, and rigorous code reviews to maintain application scalability and reliability.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Tech Manager with a robust full-stack background to lead our agile engineering team in driving AI-powered product initiatives. In this role, you will bridge technical strategy, architectural direction, and hands-on execution across cloud services and full-stack environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, product managers, and clients to scale modern AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with team advocacy, possessing a deep passion for cloud infrastructure, scalable full-stack web applications, and artificial intelligence integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of full-stack and cloud engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Drive the technical vision and engineering roadmap for our core AI product offerings, aligning cloud architecture and full-stack execution with strategic business goals.

What we are looking for:

Must-Have

• Proven experience in technical leadership, management, or software team lead roles overseeing cloud-native full-stack solutions.
• Strong hands-on background in full-stack application development (modern frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js alongside backend services like Python, Node.js, or Java).
• Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Services architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for building scalable, secure, and cost-effective product platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI integrations, machine learning pipeline execution, or working with leading LLM APIs and open-source models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Strong technical governance experience across code quality, agile delivery methodologies, rapid prototyping, and architectural decision-making.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI, MLOps, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
