Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a full stack developer in Kuala Lumpur to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Java/Spring Boot and React.js. You will collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to shape system designs and deliver secure, high-performance APIs.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, unit tests with JUnit, and active participation in Agile ceremonies. You will mentor junior developers and work with cross-functional teams to meet business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with React.js.
• Experience with modern front-end development tools such as Webpack and Babel.
• Good understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with JUnit and software testing practices.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define scalable, modular, and maintainable system designs.
• Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Translate wireframes and UI/UX design prototypes into responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as JUnit.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications aligned with business requirements.
