Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in full‑stack software engineering within enterprise environments.
• Expert proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot application development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Demonstrated expertise in service design, integration architecture, API design, and data flow modeling.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, ALM, Release Management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full‑stack applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.
• Own service‑level design, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, performance, and maintainability of applications.
• Guide the squad on design patterns, integration architecture, system decomposition, and end‑to‑end data flows.
• Develop responsive and user‑centric front‑end applications using React and Redux.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement distributed caching solutions using Redis to improve system performance and availability.
• Drive containerized application deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and mentor team members.
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering excellence through best practices, automation, and testing.
• Support release management, application lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
