Full Stack Developer — Flutter, Golang & AI Integrations

Flexiroam is a global connectivity company building digital-first telecom and travel technology products. As we continue to expand our AI and product capabilities, we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who can help us build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications across mobile, backend, and cloud systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Flutter and Golang. The ideal candidate should be able to build mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and production-ready features from end to end.

Experience with AI tools, LLM integrations, or Google ADK is a strong advantage, but this role is primarily focused on full-stack product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Design and implement full-stack product features from concept to production.
• Integrate third-party APIs, internal systems, payment systems, and cloud services.
• Work with databases, authentication, caching, and backend infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong backend development experience with Golang.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or similar.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of system design, API design, authentication, and application performance.
• Ability to work independently and own features end to end.
• Good communication skills and a practical problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Cloud Run, or Vertex AI.
• Experience with Google ADK or other AI-agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI assistants, or automation workflows.
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience in telecom, eSIM, travel tech, fintech, or subscription products.
• Startup or fast-paced product development experience.
