The Flexi Group in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house tech team. You will work on our core CRM and member platforms, solving real-world problems that impact thousands of members across Asia Pacific.

You’ll refine frontend skills and grow toward backend development, with mentorship from the Team Manager. This is a creative, hands-on role in a collaborative team where your ideas matter and your career growth is a priority.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong focus on user experience in interactive applications.
• Proficiency in Javascript, PHP, ReactJS and React Native.

Responsibilities

• Support the full software development lifecycle with your team manager.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dedicated in-house tech team at our coworking company. As a Full Stack Developer at The Flexi Group, you'll dive directly into our core CRM and member platforms, solving real-world problems that impact thousands of members across Asia Pacific.

You’ll work alongside our Team Manager, who will mentor you as you refine your skills in ReactJS, React Native, and PHP. From shipping new user-facing features to optimizing our booking engine, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle. We are looking for a strong frontend developer with a genuine inclination to grow into backend development; we’ll provide the support and mentorship to help you get there. This is a creative, hands‑on role. We’re a collaborative, close‑knit team where your ideas have a seat at the table and your career growth is a priority. Role And Responsibilities

• Support the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance, working closely with your team manager
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Assist in developing flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to help refine system requirements and propose effective solutions
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code in languages such as Javascript, PHP and frameworks such as ReactJS and React Native
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance
• Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure the reliability and stability of the CRM system
• Document and maintain software functionality, including technical specifications, user guides, and system documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing systems, applying analytical and problem‑solving skills to deliver timely resolutions
• Leverage industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance with project plans and industry regulations
• Deploy programs to production environments, monitor their performance, and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve and enhance the software
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software development and integrate new features and technologies into the CRM system

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in software development. We welcome candidates who are primarily frontend-focused but possess a strong interest and motivation to learn and expand into backend development
• Experience in designing and developing interactive applications with a focus on user experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, PHP and frameworks such as ReactJS and React Native
• Proficiency in developing frontend applications using frameworks such as React Native, React JS
• Knowledge on relational databases such as MYSQL, Mariadb is mandatory
• Strong understanding of the Full Stack Developing principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge on cloud infrastructure like AWS is a plus
• Experience with test-driven development
• A patient, proactive mindset: comfortable navigating existing, complex, or legacy mobile codebases, and taking the initiative to implement gradual, incremental improvements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive within a small team environment, taking the initiative to collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional software solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
