The Flexi Group in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house tech team. You will work on our core CRM and member platforms, solving real-world problems that impact thousands of members across Asia Pacific.

You’ll refine frontend skills and grow toward backend development, with mentorship from the Team Manager. This is a creative, hands-on role in a collaborative team where your ideas matter and your career growth is a priority.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong focus on user experience in interactive applications.
• Proficiency in Javascript, PHP, ReactJS and React Native.

Responsibilities

• Support the full software development lifecycle with your team manager.
• Collaborate to gather user requirements and translate into specs.
• Develop flows, layouts, and documentation for system requirements.
• Write efficient, testable code in Javascript, PHP, ReactJS, React Native.
• Integrate components into a fully functional system and ensure performance.
• Carry out quality assurance and software verification for CRM.
• Document functionality and user guides; maintain system docs.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose timely resolutions.
• Adopt best practices and ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Deploy to production, monitor, and incorporate user feedback.
