The AI Projects Lab builds the internal platforms, agents and automation that CryoCord Group runs on. We are hiring a full-stack developer to build those systems end to end — the services and data behind them, and the web and mobile interfaces people actually use them through. We are looking for someone whose strength is the client side. We want someone competent across the stack, and genuinely good at the layer the user touches.

Key responsibilities

Build and deliver complete applications, including back end services, data layers, and web and mobile interfaces.

Take ownership of the overall user experience and visual outcome, including layout, interactions, usability, and attention to detail.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and sensible architecture across the technology stack as the number of applications grows.

Work directly with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvements, and continuously iterate on products.

Take ownership of deployed applications by deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure reliable performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline. Equivalent demonstrated capability may be accepted in place of the formal qualification.

1-3 years of hands‑on industry experience building modern web or mobile applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, React Native, Flutter, Vue, Angular).

Strong grasp of end to end software development workflows and a commitment to clean, structured engineering principles.

Exceptional eye for detail, demonstrating ownership of the final visual outcome, polished UI/UX, and subtle user interactions.

Adaptable, open‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.

Good command of spoken and written English.

This position will have aone-month trial contract. Candidates who demonstrate satisfactory performance during the trial period will be offered a12-month contractthereafter.
