Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a warehouse operative to support fulfilment operations across inbound, putaway, inventory management, outbound and despatch. Responsibilities include verifying stock against PO/DO, updating the system, and ensuring accurate picking, packing and handover to 3PL.

The role requires maintaining stock location accuracy, participating in cycle counts, and upholding safety and clean workspace standards throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Involvement in fulfilment operations including inbound, putaway, inventory management, outbound and despatch.
• Check inbound stock against PO/DO, verify SKU and quantity, update system.
• Ensure stock is stored in the correct location; assist cycle counts and stock checks.
• Pick and pack orders daily to meet SLA.
• Prepare goods for 3PL pickup; sign off handover manifest when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and operate handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall fulfilment processes as assigned.
• Operate hand pallet truck and other equipment as needed.
• Report issues to team lead or warehouse management.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• End of shift housekeeping and organisation.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
