Job summary

Summer Juice Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand our market and drive sales growth across our FMCG distribution network. You will manage relationships with retailers, identify new outlets, and promote our products to boost visibility and sales.

Ideal candidates are results-driven, able to work independently, and willing to travel. This entry-level role offers training, a commission structure, and opportunities for income growth.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (BM & basic English).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers (kedai runcit, minimarket, etc.).
• Find and develop new customers to increase sales coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Execute promotions, product placement, and outlet visibility.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
• Prepare basic sales reports.

Job Description

Summer Juice Sdn Bhd is the largest FMCG distribution warehouse in Negeri Sembilan, operating since 1980 and servicing over 2,100 retail outlets. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers (kedai runcit, minimarket, etc.)
• Find and develop new customers to increase sales coverage
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Execute promotions, product placement, and outlet visibility
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
