Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Subang seeks a Front Office Manager to assist in administering front office functions and supervising staff. You will oversee Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk to ensure efficient check-in/check-out and high guest satisfaction.

You will lead the team, drive service standards, and partner with management to improve department performance while maintaining financial results.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff daily.
• Directs and coordinates Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk operations.
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Support staff development and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees.
• Monitor progress toward guest services and front desk goals and strive for continuous improvement.
