Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Front end Process Engineer (MNC) based in Penang to support the installation and ramp-up of precision equipment. The role includes on-the-job training overseas and frequent travel for support across countries such as Taiwan and Singapore, with permanent placement in Penang upon completion.

You will apply process engineering expertise, verify equipment performance, and contribute to documentation and training for service staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Wafer Fabrication Process Engineering / Equipment Engineering experience.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency in applying statistical methods.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in cleanrooms.
• Ability to travel overseas for training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of customer requirements.

• Acceptance testing of newly installed equipment.

• Lead deviation analysis and resolution planning focused on process results out of spec.

• Develop and report equipment and improvement ideas to customer and internal teams.

We are representing our client a multinational leading supplier of high-volume production equipment and process solutions for the semiconductors. A recognized market and technology leader in wafer-level bonding and lithography for advanced packaging and nanotechnology.

With the current expansion in Malaysia, they are looking for experienced candidate to fill the position of Process Engineer based in Penang.

What to expect?

New joiners will be undergoing 2-3 months training at the HQ in Austria to learn about the Company's products; and on-the-job training for 2-3 months in US or Asia countries. Total 5-6 months training in overseas and will need to travel for support to countries such as Taiwan and Singapore, depending on job requests before permanently based in Penang.

Job Summary

Main responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of Wafer Fabrication Process Engineering / Equipment Engineering experience.

• Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office software
