Job summary

Front Desk Assistants are sought for a personable and service-oriented sports facility in Johor. You will welcome visitors, manage bookings and payments, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every guest.

As the first point of contact, you will advise on services, schedules and pricing, handle inquiries and maintain accurate records. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; prior hospitality experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service mindset.
• Proficient with computer systems and payment processes.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer calls promptly.
• Process bookings and payments accurately.
• Advise on services, schedules and pricing.
• Handle inquiries and escalate complaints when needed.
• Maintain booking records and daily logs.
• Provide front-of-house and admin support.
