Qualifications

  • Friendly, warm, natural smile; calm under pressure; impeccable etiquette and grooming.
  • Excellent English; Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin an advantage.

This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset, quick-thinking skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Member Hosting: Greet & host members; offer brief tours; anticipate needs with discretion.
  • Front Desk Ops: Manage check-ins, bookings, WhatsApp/calls, payments/POS, receipt issuance, opening/closing.
  • Experience Standards: Keep the center serene, organised, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Coordination: Liaise with clinicians/therapists; log and elevate facility/building issues to Duty/Club Manager.
  • Systems & Admin: Maintain accurate schedules and CRM; prepare concise daily reports and handovers; uphold data privacy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in premium hospitality, wellness/spa, clinic, airline lounge, or luxury retail.
  • Service Persona: Friendly, warm, natural smile; calm under pressure; impeccable etiquette and grooming.
  • Skills: Excellent spoken/written communication; fast, accurate typing; tech-savvy (WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, CRM/POS).
  • Languages: Excellent English; Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin an advantage.
  • Availability: Shifts/weekends/PH on rotation.
