Renaissance Hotels in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to ensure memorable stays for every guest. You will help guests from check-in to check-out, coordinate requests, and maintain a welcoming presence across the hotel.

In this full-time, non-management role, you’ll move about the floor, assist with operations, complete reports, and share local highlights. A professional appearance and proactive service are essential to deliver the brand experience.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
