Job summary

Bangmang Outsourcing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking candidates for postpartum care roles in a confinement centre. You will provide hands-on postpartum care and wellness services to new mothers, with opportunities to learn massage techniques and facial care under guidance.

Open to candidates with nursing, physiotherapy, midwifery, beauty therapy or related backgrounds; training is provided and accommodation is included for selected positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in postpartum care or related fields is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum care and recovery treatments for mothers after childbirth.
• Perform hands-on massage and machine-assisted treatments according to training and company procedures.
• Assist mothers with postpartum recovery and wellness programmes.
• Provide basic facial and hair care services when required.
• Communicate with clients and provide good customer service.
• Introduce and recommend suitable treatments or packages to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area.
• Complete basic documentation and other related administrative tasks.
• Follow the centre's service standards, treatment procedures and safety guidelines.
