Job summary

Bangmang Outsourcing Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Freelance Perinatal Support Professional to provide postpartum care and related beauty and wellness services in a confinement centre environment.

Experience in postpartum care, massage, nursing, midwifery or related fields is advantageous; SKM/DKM certifications are a plus. Training will be provided and local Malaysian candidates are preferred. Full-time availability is required.

• Certifications such as SKM/DKM are an added advantage / required for applicable positions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about women's wellness and postpartum care.

Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum care and recovery treatments for mothers after childbirth.
• Perform hands-on massage and machine-assisted treatments according to training and company procedures.
• Assist mothers with postpartum recovery and wellness programmes.
• Provide basic facial and hair care services when required.
• Communicate with clients and provide good customer service.
• Introduce and recommend suitable treatments or packages to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area.
• Complete basic documentation and other related administrative tasks.
• Follow the centre's service standards, treatment procedures and safety guidelines.
