Job summary

Misc Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Commercial Lead to drive FPSO opportunity evaluation, pricing and business economics monitoring. You will design robust models, deliver commercial recommendations and establish reusable standards to support informed bid, negotiation and post-award decisions.

You will lead two Commercial Analysts, coordinate with Legal, Tax and Finance, ensuring governance and protecting returns across contracts.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in commercial evaluation and pricing within offshore oil and gas or similar capital-intensive sectors.
Experience leading teams or complex commercial workstreams.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
MBA or CFA/ ACCA / CIMA qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead opportunity evaluation and go/no-go advice for FPSO opportunities and coordinate with approvals.
Own development and validation of financial models, pricing structures and assumptions.
Provide bid management inputs, evaluate terms and concessions, maintain traceability.
Monitor business economics post-award and reconcile with original assumptions.
Assess commercial risks, liability allocations, payment mechanisms and contract terms.
Develop and govern standard financial models and templates with Legal.
Oversee governance, approvals and documentation of commercial commitments.
Lead two Commercial Analysts and manage stakeholder relationships.
