Job summary

Shell Business Operations (SBO) in Malaysia is seeking an FP&A Lead to ensure effective delivery of reporting and accounting activities supporting internal and external reporting, business appraisal, and financial decision-making.

The role leads complex reporting operations, drives process improvements and embeds best practices that enhance reporting quality, governance and financial stewardship, while partnering with finance leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial reporting, accounting and governance.
• Experience leading reporting transformations and operational excellence programs.
• Ability to partner with senior finance stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Professional accounting qualification or relevant finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and accounting delivery for internal and external requirements.
• Drive reporting excellence, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance.
• Lead transformation initiatives to enhance reporting processes.
• Partner with Reporting & Accounting Leaders to align priorities.
