Job summary

Shell Malaysia SBO Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to supervise delivery of reporting and accounting activities supporting internal and external reporting, business appraisal processes, and financial decision-making.

You will lead transformation initiatives, develop finance talent and embed best practices that enhance reporting quality and operational performance. Collaboration with Group Reporting and finance leaders is key.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial reporting, accounting, controllership or related finance disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex finance delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, reporting requirements, governance frameworks and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and accounting delivery to support internal and external financial reporting requirements.
