Job summary

Shell SBO Malaysia seeks an FP&A Lead to ensure effective delivery of reporting and accounting activities that support internal and external reporting requirements, business appraisal processes and strategic financial decision-making.

The role partners with Finance leaders to strengthen reporting, resolve issues and drive end-to-end process improvements, while leading transformation initiatives and embedding best practices across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial reporting, accounting or controllership.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and complex finance delivery.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, governance and controls.
• Proven success leading reporting improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior finance stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
• Finance or accounting degree or professional qualification preferred.
