Job summary
OCBC Bank Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance professional to provide business financial insights and control oversight for Consumer Financial Services across markets. You will drive performance through strategic analyses and support senior leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
The role emphasizes data integrity, centralized reporting, and ongoing automation of processes within a dynamic, regional finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 3+ years in FP&A, financial reporting or data analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, macros); SQL or data tools a plus.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and clean financial data across markets for GCFS.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated performance reports; perform variance analysis.
- Standardize budgeting across markets and manage budgets/forecasts.
- Support finance transformation initiatives including new reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve data integrity.
