Job summary

XP Power is seeking a Finance professional in Malaysia to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across CAPEX/OPEX. You will update the rolling forecast monthly and quarterly to meet the Global FP&A Schedule with higher accuracy, and perform variance analyses.

You will monitor OPEX by department, support month-end closing, track KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sourcing, and engineering to ensure accurate cash flow and inventory costing in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting from a recognized university.
• 2 years experiences with audit firms or 4 years’ experience in manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong English communication, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting across departments, tracking CAPEX/OPEX spending.
• Update rolling forecast monthly and quarterly to meet FP&A schedules with greater accuracy.
• Reconcile FCST vs. actuals, perform OPEX and KPI analyses, and prepare journal entries in SAP.
