Job summary

Jora Malaysia is launching an AI-native SaaS platform to improve how businesses are discovered and trusted by AI. We seek a founding Lead Technical Specialist to build AI readiness solutions, push structured data optimizations, and shape product direction with direct exposure to commercial decisions.

You will own audit tooling, collaborate with partners, and define technical standards for a new product category powered by AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify Plus or Magento platforms and configurations.
• Deep understanding of JSON-LD and Schema.org markup.
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center product feeds and validation.
• Ability to maintain quality at high audit volumes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness audits across client websites to identify issues.
• Implement and validate structured data improvements for AI interpretation.
• Apply schema markup and SEO foundations on our own site.
• Deploy the AI Readiness Badge during onboarding.
• Develop and maintain the self-service AI Readiness Audit tool.
• Create internal tools to boost audit quality and speed.
• Collaborate with agency partners for successful deployments.
• Demonstrate and discuss technical aspects with clients.
• Develop scalable deployment methodologies for global use.
• Apply technical SEO and structured data best practices to the platform.
