Job summary

Jungheinrich Malaysia is seeking an experienced trainer to develop, schedule and conduct operator safety programs. You will design training products, review pricing, generate quotations and handle invoicing for training sessions.

The role requires coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. A Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of training delivery experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of training delivery experience.
• Experience in operator safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and conduct operator safety training.
• Manage product offerings for operator trainings and liaise with customers for schedules.
• Prepare training quotations and invoice customers via HRDC porta.
• Promote operator trainings and maintain training records.
• Attend trainer meetings and liaise with HQ for updated training news.

The trainer is responsible to develop, schedule, and conduct operator safety training. This role also develops training products, review the training price regularly, generate quotations and perform invoicing for training conducted.

Core tasks of the function:

• Product management for Operator trainings.
• Manages and liaise with customers or internal colleagues for training schedules and requests
• Prepare and conduct operator trainings.
• Generate training quotations and invoice customers via HRDC porta.
• Promotion of operator trainings.
• Proper keeping of training records.
• Attend occasional trainer meetings
• Liaising with HQ colleagues for updated training news, approaches

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of training delivery experience
