Job summary

S-RM is seeking an Associate Forensics Lead for Incident Response in APAC, based in Kuala Lumpur with flexible working options. You will deploy expertise across incident response services, focusing on complex forensic investigations and delivering timely containment and recovery for clients.

You will work across the full lifecycle of security incidents, triaging, collecting evidence, and guiding colleagues while expanding domain expertise and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in Incident Response or Digital Forensics preferred.
• Ability to conduct forensic investigations on Windows systems; Linux/MacOS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations and incident response on complex cyber incidents.
• Oversee host- and network-based IR investigations including evidence collection and analyses.
• Provide guidance to project teams and maintain 24x7 incident coverage on rotation.
