Job summary

Dal HCM in Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor to lead maintenance crews on road and related infrastructure projects. You will supervise daily activities, ensure adherence to specifications and drawings, and monitor progress with safety and quality in mind.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience, leadership ability, and reading of technical drawings. Travel to Sarawak project sites will be necessary, with a focus on safety compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or road maintenance works.
• Experience in supervising site workers and coordinating site activities.
• Familiar with JKR specifications, road maintenance works, and site safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites within Sarawak.
