Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items by ensuring quality and quantity.
• Arrange food on plates and platters.
• Assemble portions according to menu.
• Store food properly and rotate stock.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness per guidelines.
• Transport food and supplies as needed.
• Ensure correct temperature ranges per guidelines.
• Deliver meals to rooms and collect trays on time.
• Manage food inventory and par levels.
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashers.
