Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a food production setting. You will plan schedules, ensure materials and manpower are ready, and record output and wastage while aligning with sales forecasts.

The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and the ability to manage workers and daily operations. Familiarity with Halal/MeSTI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production/manufacturing.

• Knowledge of inventory, production planning and reporting.
• Familiar with Halal/MeSTI standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging, and manpower are ready.
• Record production data (output, wastage, attendance).
• Align production with sales orders and stock forecasts.
• Monitor inventory, enforce FIFO, and control expiry.
• Coordinate orders with sales/accounts to meet timelines.
• Control wastage and improve efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and product consistency.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and increase output.

• Accountable for output, wastage, quality, and on-time order fulfilment.

Core Responsibilties
