As a Food & Beverage team member, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of dining and service areas
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
• Support daily outlet operations and work collaboratively with the team
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment
