Job summary

Adecco Staffing Recruitment seeks a FMCG Trade Marketing Analyst for a 6-month contract in Malaysia. You will support Revenue Growth Management activities related to pricing, promotions, assortment and product performance, and analyse Sell-In/Sell-Out, market and sales data to identify trends.

You will manage datasets and dashboards, prepare reports for cross-functional stakeholders, and identify opportunities to automate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years FMCG trade marketing or analytics experience.
• Strong understanding of FMCG business environment including pricing, promotions, assortment and product performance.
• Hands-on experience with Sell-In/Sell-Out, pricing, promotion analysis, P&L or market data is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Growth Management activities related to pricing, promotions, assortment and product performance.
• Analyse Sell-In/Sell-Out, market, sales and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and maintain key datasets, reports and dashboards with data accuracy.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category Management.
