Job summary

Wipro Unza Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage key accounts in the pharmacy sector, driving monthly and yearly targets, coordinating NPD launches and listings across designated categories.

The role requires FMCG experience, travel weekly in Klang Valley with quarterly visits elsewhere, and collaboration with Finance and Marketing to optimize COP, campaigns and trade terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management within the pharmacy industry.
• Strong FMCG background with consumer-focused deals and key accounts.
• Degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Willingness to travel weekly in Klang Valley and quarterly regionally.
• Team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Manage and monitor COP per budget on dedicated categories.
• Partner with Finance to monitor COP, AR and trade disputes.
• Manage timely NPD launches and Listing Process.
• Generate leads and pursue business relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing on business reviews, campaigns, and promo evaluation.
• Manage trade returns and address root causes with action plans.
• Ensure operational efficiency, order fulfillment, and handle on-promotion items.
• Conduct trade visits to ensure execution and monitor competitors' activity.
• Provide field coaching to merchandisers.
