Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead its FMCG operations. The role covers business leadership, marketing, operations, finance, governance, and organizational development to drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will translate strategy into plans, lead a cross-functional leadership team, and optimize supply chain, procurement, and logistics to deliver value across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or related field.
• MBA or professional qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years in FMCG senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Heads of Department to build a high-performing organization.
• Drive multi-channel growth (Modern Trade, General Trade, E‑Commerce, Export, Retail, DTC).
• Own end-to-end P&L and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across functions.
