Job summary

SWAGELOK MALAYSIA FLUID SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team. You will work with advanced fluid system technologies and support customer satisfaction through precise assembly.

Responsibilities include delivering per service and manufacturing plans, ensuring parts and tools are ready, complying with safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on assembly and repair.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years preferred.
• Must handle mechanical tools and work under challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver per service/manufacturing plan to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
• Comply with safety regulations and promote safety culture among service technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on specifications, assembly and repairs; ensure parts/tools are ready for project execution.
• Provide regular reports and metrics to supervisor while upholding quality, safety and productivity.
• Attend competency training (Swagelok CP and HSE) to keep certifications valid.
