Job summary

Talent Craft Consultancy is hiring Assembly Technicians in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome; hands-on work with production equipment is required.

You will support daily operations, assist with setup and repairs, and ensure safety and quality as part of a busy factory team. Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field and be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work in a factory environment and hands-on with equipment.
• Can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fast learner, responsible, and able to work shifts if needed.
• Able to join immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production equipment operation and basic maintenance
• Assist in machine setup, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Monitor production processes and report abnormalities to supervisor
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (5S/7S)
• Record production data and equipment status as required
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor
