Job summary

FOCUS SKY SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya is seeking a frontline florist operations assistant responsible for daily production tasks, flower prep, assembly, order fulfillment and customer service across channels.

You will follow duty rosters, handle fresh flowers with care, assist in stock checks, and support orders from website and WhatsApp. The role requires polite, professional service and basic POS use.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily florist operations and production tasks including flower preparation, arrangement assembly, order fulfillment, and customer service support across multiple channels.
• Follow assigned duty roster and daily work schedule as planned by the florist lead or manager
• Support sales floor operations during shift, including basic customer assistance and order preparation
• Assist in stock checking and inventory tracking under supervision
• Participate in stock count for fresh flowers, packaging and accessories upon receiving goods
• Cut, clean, condition and prepare fresh and preserved flowers and foliage upon receiving, following standard procedures
• Handle fresh flowers daily to maintain quality, freshness and presentation according to guidelines
• Assist in assembling fresh and preserved floral arrangements based on provided designs and instructions
• Support receiving, preparing and fulfilling orders from website, walk-in and WhatsApp enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas and display shelves
• Greet customers, assist with basic enquiries and elevate complex requests to senior staff
