Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Math/Science/Engineering or Business with 2 years of experience.
• Diploma in IT/Math/Science/Engineering or Business with 3 years of experience.
• Other related degree/diploma may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day system operations and provide technical support.
• Produce management and administrative reports and analyses.
• Ensure data integrity and smooth FDA operations for safety programme.
• Maintain FDA event/statistical database and prepare trend analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and external partners as needed.
