Job summary

Malaysia Airlines seeks a Senior Executive, Ground Operations Risk Management to plan, implement, review and monitor quality assurance programs across Airport Services systemwide, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to safety policies.

You will lead audits, incident investigations, and the design of a Safety Management System across operations and vendors, reporting to the Senior Manager of Airport Services Safety & Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field with minimum 2 years working experience in aviation industry.
• Diploma in any field with minimum 4 years working experience in aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage, measure and monitor Quality & Safety Programs across Airport Services operations group.
• Plan and conduct audits domestically and internationally to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead independent audit execution to enforce corporate standards.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and formulate preventive actions.
• Design and track a Safety Management System across Airport Services and vendors.
