The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a strong grasp of planning concepts, and CFP/ChFC qualifications are highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Planner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear advice.
• Proven track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
• CFP or ChFC certifications would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Develop tailored financial plans addressing clients' short-term and long-term needs.
• Recommend appropriate investment and insurance products to help clients achieve objectives.
• Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly, making adjustments as needed.
• Provide ongoing financial advice and support to clients, ensuring confidence in decisions.
