Firmus Financial Sdn Bhd (formerly Money Sense Advisory Sdn Bhd) – Petaling is seeking candidates with a background in finance or business for a client advisory role in financial planning. Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.

Strong communication and a professional mindset are essential as you help clients with insurance, investments, retirement, and wealth strategies. Applicants should be self-motivated, results oriented, and willing to travel with their own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above in any field is required or preferred.
• Background in Financial Planning / Finance / Business is an advantage (not mandatory).
• 3 years in sales is preferred (not mandatory).
• Existing Insurance Agents, Unit Trust Consultants, Estate Planners and Bankers are welcomed.
• Fresh graduates, professionals & career switchers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills are essential.
• Results oriented, eager to learn, self-motivated, client-focused, high integrity and professional mindset.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory: Analyze clients' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions including insurance, investment, retirement, debt management, risk management and estate planning.
• Continued professional development through training and meetings.
• Relationship building: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Compliance: Meet CPD hours and uphold high professionalism as required by authorities.
