Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented operations assistant to support fleet routing and daily station tasks in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will help plan driver routes and assist the Station Head with routine duties including receiving shipments, sorting, van inbound processes and COD handling when needed.

You will also ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality policies, while assisting with documentation, station upkeep and participation in QMS/OHS/GDPMD programmes as

Responsibilities

Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
Assist Station Head in Stations's daily routine task: Receive & Return shipment; Sorting; Van Inbound; Latlong Parcel; PETs Ticket creation; Route Monitoring; Route Inbound; Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent).
Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
Any other task instructed by superior
Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
Take care of own and others' safety.
Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
