Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Five9-focused Analyst/Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to design, configure, and deliver Five9-based contact center solutions across voice and digital channels. You will drive end-to-end solutioning for CCaaS engagements, including IVR, omnichannel routing, and agent desktop configurations.

Qualifications

1–6 years of experience in Contact Center environments with Five9.
Hands-on experience with IVR, self-service, and omnichannel routing.
Experience in integration with enterprise systems and automation.

Responsibilities

Act as a Contact Center solution specialist, leading Five9-based designs.
Drive end-to-end solutioning including IVR, routing, and agent desktop.
Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and POC development.
Participate in client workshops and translate business needs into scalable CCaaS solutions.
Contribute to practice development, POVs on CX transformation, and reusable assets.
