This full-time, on-site role focuses on launching and scaling high-volume beverage programs, managing beverage curation, and guiding front-line bartenders to uphold quality, compliance, and profitability.

You will design beverage menus, oversee inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and enforce RSA and licensing standards while developing your team through training and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in high-volume hospitality venues.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, espresso, and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Compliance with liquor licensing laws, RSA, and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar workflows across all brands to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Develop, manage, and price beverage programs, menus, and cost margins.
• Ensure licensing, RSA, and health protocol compliance across outlets.
• Monitor inventory, POS audits, and COGS to hit monthly profitability targets.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for bartenders and mixologists.
