Job summary

Trade Quo Global Ltd is seeking interns in Malaysia to support our fintech recruitment efforts. You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates for internship and entry-level roles, coordinate interview scheduling, and maintain hiring data and reporting.

The role offers exposure to our global operations and a pathway to full-time conversion based on performance. We require Malaysian citizens who are full-time students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, able to commit 3–6 months, with

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen
• Full-time student enrolled in a recognised tertiary institution (Malaysia or abroad)
• Commit to internship duration of 3 months (6 months highly preferred)
• Must complete internship before end of academic programme
• Monthly internship allowance provided
• Internship completion certificate provided
• Transportation claims provided (where applicable)
• Exposure to global operations across Europe, LATAM, and Dubai
• Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for internship and entry-level roles
• Support coordination of interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases
• Assist in preparation of recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns with Brand team
• Participate in recruitment events, university outreach, and talent pipeline activities
• Contribute to improving candidate experience through structured communication support
