Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Business Planning and Enablement to drive product initiatives and optimise the acquiring capabilities for user-initiated card reloads within the TNGD ecosystem.

You will work with product, tech, risk, finance and compliance to build business cases, incubate projects and nurture partnerships, with a focus on revenue growth and cost efficiency across funding management use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5-7 years proven fintech business/product development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance and operations of acquiring for card reloads.
• Monitor transaction volumes, approval rates, costs, revenue and KPIs.
• Coordinate with acquiring partners, payment networks and internal stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to optimise acquiring costs, pricing and transaction economics.
• Work with product, technology, risk, finance, compliance and operations on enhancements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and management updates.
