You will handle online enquiries, work with company-provided leads, and match customers with suitable financing solutions, building lasting relationships. Training is provided and top performers earn attractive commissions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is welcome.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Contact customers using company-provided leads.
• Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Explain loan products and application processes clearly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage potential customers through social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
