Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented accounting/finance professional to support daily financial reporting and statutory reporting. The role involves recording and reviewing transactions, asset maintenance, and balance reconciliations for timely closures.

You will work in a shared services/MNC environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support month-end processes. English communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting/financial reporting.
• Experience in Shared Services / MNC environment is an advantage.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily financial reporting transaction support, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of work.
• Record, review, and analyse accounting transactions, including fixed assets, master data maintenance, and account reconciliations with timely clearing of balances.
• Perform analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, including trend analysis and transaction checks.
• Prepare and support month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and statutory financial reporting, including group reporting, management reports, audit schedules, and tax schedules.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve financial reporting issues in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional working groups and contribute subject-matter expertise to projects and improvements.
• Provide backup support and perform additional duties as assigned when required.

Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities
