Job summary

eco-shop is seeking a Financial Analyst to analyze weekly and monthly results, build financial models, and drive reporting improvements. You will create tools and dashboards to support decision making and work closely with stakeholders to lift department performance.

The role requires 2-3 years in finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with databases and common financial software. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting and accurate reporting across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with databases and financial software applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends and recommendations.

Job description

1. Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

3. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

4. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

5. Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance.

6. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

7. Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of company's / department's performance.

8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

2-3 years experience in the financial industry
