The role requires relocation to Singapore and involves leveraging an internal lead database and cross-team referrals. You will conduct needs analyses, build lasting client relationships, manage leads, and coordinate with Branch Services to convert referrals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and fact-finding to assess clients' goals, mapping out tailored insurance and investment solutions.
• Build and nurture deep, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure retention and long-term financial competency.
• Proactively manage and act on leads provided by the internal database, setting up structured appointments with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Services colleagues to actively convert walk-in customer referrals.
• Capitalize on sales opportunities through scheduled customer events, financial review booths, and local branch engagement activities.
• Maintain highly detailed client records and documentation, processing new insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
